The Tennis Theory Biomechanics & Analytics believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Refunds may be issued only in the case of:

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Technical failure preventing analysis delivery.

• Refunds will not be issued once the analysis report has been delivered.

• Subscription services can be canceled anytime, but partial refunds are not provided.
